lol, she got you too? I spent like an entire day this summer reading I Have Been All Things Unholy. And more hours than I'd like to admit reading other bandom stuff that makes the experience of hearing bandom-related songs on the radio a... compelling one.

Is it me or does Gerard Way look like goth Harry Potter? (No, it is not just me. he totally looks like goth Harry Potter. It's the tie.)

my macbook is also bad about holding a charge. Is this a thing about older laptops or is it a think with mac notebooks? (not that my macbook is old - I got it fall 06... but I guess that is getting on old in computer years, now isn't it?)

She got me bad. I bought CDs. I spent an entire day last month REreading All Things Unholy. I'm posting pictures of Gerard Way and his stupid goth Harry Potter tie in my LJ, for chrissakes. (But with Billy Corgan! Thus proving that they don't actually look as much alike in life as they sometimes do in my head.)

Also if Ariel wasn't such a freakin' good writer herself, I wouldn't have read the infamous Vicky-T story and gotten myself into this in the first place.

I think the battery life is an older laptop thing, recalling from my old Dell notebook, but I'm definitely peeved at how quickly the battery's deteriorated on my spring '05 iBook. At the end of August, I could still make it all the way down to 8%. Now it craps out at 82%. :(
