A loss for words

I don't shop at the store where I work--it's expensive, they don't give me an employee discount, it's not my usual grocery store, so I don't know where anything is (I am incredibly unhelpful to customers who ask questions. The best way to cut down on your swearing is to hang around youngins. Now instead of giving someone the finger, I will shake my fist and say "YOOOUUUUUUU!"

Also, dude, no employee discount? that's the lamest deal I've ever heard. At least do you get day old baked goods or something?

hahahaha...ok so paris question (two actually): how cold did it get? and is the rent stuff negotiable with the people you stay with, or do they just tell you it'll be X euros/month...and what did you do for dinner on the days you weren't having them provided with your host family, did you have some kind of kitchen access or were you on your own. can you ask for fridge space to store your food? and where were you housed?
