I think I've been to Chevy Chase! Or very near to it anyway - I made several visits to suburban Maryland, staying in Hyattsville and Greenbelt and doing research in Bethesda.

This is an interesting meme - my list will be far shorter than yours, given that I lived in one country (in fact, in one city) for 25 of my 29 years!

I lived in Chevy Chase from age 9 to 11, but remember very little of that (just my crap long-term memory). It was interesting when I went back a few years ago, but that was as much a West Wing fan trip as a trip down memory lane.

Problem is, not having seen WW, I associate Chevy Chase with part of the Eldon Square shopping centre in Newcastle, or with an American actor...
