-No fried foods
-No meat
-No alcohol
-No sweet tea
-No carbonated beverages
-mega protein intake
-some form of exercise at least 5 days a week
-aim for 7+hours of sleep a night (this is the only optional rule)
The Month of Life starts tomorrow and ends 8/10.
