Thanks, I feel better. My professor did fail for name mistakes, but that rule was not his -- it was the journalism school's. I may not have written the story at 8 a.m., but I wrote it in maybe five minutes in time for the web update deadline. (That's still not an excuse.)
Meanwhile, I did get to write about something more excited, but literally, because there were no injuries, I don't think it's going to get published. :( More later, maybe at lunch? (Did you still want to do Friday?)
