You have heard that Monty Python song "I'm worried about..." haven't you? Most significantly the repeated line of "I'm worried about the baggage retrieval system they've got at Heathrow." Given how long ago that song was written, and our experience of having my suitcase broken each time we went through Heathrow... well they still haven't fixed it.
