I've been watching the TV show "From the Earth to the Moon" lately which shows the American space program from Mercury to Apollo (the focus being on Apollo). I've been reading up on the Apollo program and when some info on Apollo 13 came my way, I thought I should share it

From Earth to the Moon is a terrific series. I actually teared up when it got to "The Eagle has landed..." (possibly powered by a healthy dose of nostalgia, being old enough to have seen the original on TV...)
