Could use some advice

Recently I have been dealing with an old bill. It's not that much, and I made payments to it, but they decided to send it to a collection agency anyway. So I said blow for now, as there are more imprtant things to deal with, so I'll deal with you when I'm ready. Ask for their address. Then cut and paste the section on the FDCPA from Wikpedia into a letter and include the sentence, "You are already in violation of this act through your excessive calling and hostile language. I hereby insist that COMPANY NAME cease contacting me by phone at any number until I formally request otherwise.", sign the letter, and send it by certified mail ( ... )

Mention that they have violated the Fair Debt and Collections Act. Also be sure to state that you will only be dealing with the original company (to whom you owe the money). That helps.
