Birthday Cards

Yippe! I managed to finish a combo of illustration for a precise project. That's gotta be a first! Not that they were complex to do, but after doing the too intricately detailled star burglar illustration, I gave myself a little break with these two.

Now birthday boy is done! =)

looks amazing, so was it all done traditionally and then reprinted for these birthday cards?
Oh, I can't wait to see the burglar one.

Thank you! =D

Yes, these are mostly watercolour and ink, then I scan and print them on Epson's Watercolour Radiant White paper. I use a corner punch for a nice finish. So it's pretty much all handmade, except for the envelopp.

The burglar is all done now, but I don't think I will be printing him on cards. I did try to do a print, but I still have to do some tests, the colours did exactly come out right. (blue is difficult to scan right) But if you mean the seeing the final version, it was in a previous post. =) Here: http://eaglemaina.livejournal.com/90769.html
