... Because, honestly, right now, I don't know if I will ever be able to finish this. It's so hard for me to make it look right. My brain is steaming right now. X___x I think I wanted to tackle too many things oin one drawing

How cool!!!!!!!!!!! If you want some constructive criticism, I think the turtles in the background should be smaller and spaced father apart to give a great sense of scale and distance. It might help if you can see the horizon in the distance as well.

We actually are not supposed to see the horizon line here because it's a 3-points perspective. The perspective like is higher up. If I added the horizon like, when I'd have to skip to a 2-point perspective and I would have to change all of the turtles and also the flying balloon and basket. ^__^;;;

Myabe I haven't rendered the water correctly again in this test. Or maybe I should just make the islands in the back smaller. I tried my best to follow the grid I had put up, like on my sketch here:

This is such a fantastic piece, you should definitely finish it! Its so creative and whimsical and wonderful!!!! The water on the closest turtle looks perfect, but perhaps where it is breaking on the turtles that are farther away should be smaller to suggest more scale and distance. Seeing the drawing (which is gorgeous too, by the way!) perhaps the land in the background can be smaller as well.

This is a really difficult piece, I would have a very hard time drawing it myself, I couldn't even do the sketch right most likely.

I know if I was taking a picture from this perspective, the turtles towards the top of the piece would be hazy as seen through the atmosphere, and the details of them would be a little fuzzy with the distance. You may just need to soften that part of the picture to add a little perspective.
