Everyone seems to be discovering the code recently! I find the shinies to be kind of annoying, but it's fun to do. You're brave for wanting to try Vegemite. Brandon keeps wanting me to eat tofu and that frozen stuff that's made out of veggies but is supposed to taste like meat, but I'm trying to resist him with all my might. What's the point of making it look and taste like meat? >_>

Oh yeah, I've never watched the Saw movies because I don't see the draw (blood, innards, mutilation, death...eh), but I'm really disturbed at the sound of "a trap with Shylock's pound of flesh." Oh lawd.

Yeah I have no desire to eat anything that's trying to imitate other foods. Truth be told, the Vegemite idea caught me because it's in the song Land Down Under and I'm just curious if it's any good or not, whereas Branston Pickle is frequently recommended by Yahtzee of Zero Puncuation. So if I end up hating both I guess I shouldn't move to Australia, but I did grab some Nutella at the store which I've never tried but am much more likelier to enjoy.

My old roommate used to make McGriddles; I found a box of pancake batter in my pantry last week and realized I still don't cook very much even though I have a whole kitchen to myself.

The Saw films actually have a lot of good plot and character development to them as a whole, even if a few individually slack on it. I wouldn't put it in the same category as something like Hostel, which was straight-up torture-porn. Saw may have jumpstarted the genre but they're still not bad to watch if you have the stomach for the violence in the actual 'trap' scenes.
