If you saw the new voting machines we got to use in Denton..you'd smash the bloody thing too...using the things was a fiasco..no joke.

I didn't mind the machine so much, but the propositions were a bit much, especially considering in order for half of them to make sense, you had to practically have the city charter memorized. The ones I didn't understand I left blank, because I didn't want to make an uninformed decision.

the computer voter machines we used in lubbock were sweet. Kinda like a large Ipod. What was even sweeter was the super preicent. Anyone could go to ANY polling place to vote, very cool I think.

In fact they would bring out a machine to someone if they were handicap in their car

that's actually a law. I was bored earlier and reading up state voting laws, and if you have a disability that prevents you from accessing the polling location relatively easily, they are required to provide you with curbside voting.

that's the awesome thing about early voting. go anywhere in your county and you can vote there. :)

Heh, and the editor of the L.A. Times resigned too.

Really? I must have missed that. Why?

I'm glad there were a few more Dems elected to state offices than it was looking like in early returns.
