With in the next year or two I want to set up two scholarships. One for Clinton High School, someone interested in Engineering, and one for a Michigan Tech Steel Bridge Team member. I am wicked excited about making people fill out forms and write essays that I get to read. I just hope I am aloud to make a scholarship.

I don't know why you wouldn't be allowed to give away money. I'd get ahold of the Oz in Clinton, he could probably tell you who to talk to. Tech, I don't about the silly civil dept.
