My Picks: CMA Nominations

So the CMAs are next week, and since I'm really bored right now, I'm gonna let you know who I think will win, and who I want to win.

*DISCLAIMER: I hate the song "Jesus Take the Wheel." It doesn't deserve to be played on the radio, let alone win a CMA. That said, I will not be picking it to win any awards. But should it win, do not blame my ( Read more... )

pretty close predictions. i cant believe you didnt really think brooks and dunn would get the vocal duo award. they've won that thing every year (except 2000 i think) since 1992. but other that that, excellent foresight!

Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I was remembering them losing in 2000, and since Big & Rich are really hot right now I thought they could pull an upset. But obviously w/ "Believe" out this year, Brooks & Dunn had it locked up. But yeah, I did a pretty good job. I think this only proves that the CMAs are completely predictable every year. There are rarely surprises.
