Did you know that the Mirena IUD is
a more effective method of birth control than having your tubes tied?

I first saw that you posted at 6 AM, then I read it and said to myself "only Katie would be looking up birth control effectiveness at 6AM..." though the chart was very interesting. Looks like abstinence is the way to go, HURRAY!
