So, I run ToC 5 regular on my warrior sunday night thinking that I'd start working on my tank gear, The tank is a druid from our realm trying to get the stam trinket, and so is the WHOLE GROUP, I felt kind of bad for the guy having to compete against every dps AND the healer for the trinket. Being nice pays off :D And, even if it doesn't, you still have the pride of knowing you were nice. Still impressed that hunter just gave up dbw, most people get loot in their grubby little paws and don't let go.

You must not have had good healers, then, on my druid when I was running for iri and other people, dps kept pulling off the tank frequently, I kept em up. /shrug

We had one healer who was able to keep us up fine, but after that we got a prot paladin in healing gear and a holy paladin who still had some ret pieces from ICC on, and I'm still impressed he did as well, was REALLY nice of him. Next time I raid with him on Eag he's going to get two rolls on an item he wants for damn sure

plus he could have just seen a small increase or even a decrease in DPS and decided he didn't want it, he waited until the raid was called to trade it to me so dunno what made him do it, Sure glad he did though XD
