Though he looks really messy, he's most likely Omarion (Omari) Grandberry, former lead singer of R&B boyband B2K and present solo artist, with his latest album being 'O', latest single also 'O', a sexy ballad about the sounds a woman makes while recieving cunnilingus. Omarion also has a tattoo of a giant O on his arm with a bejeweled crown on it because it's his nickname and the name 'Omari' means king.
