It doesn't say anything about disallowing people from using birth control which actually prevents conception. It also doesn't say anything about making it illegal to have a miscarriage.
The point of it is to stop abortions and stop research facilities from fertalizing embryos and then destroying them.
• Will Personhood outlaw contraceptives? No! • Will Personhood end In-Vitro Fertilization? No! • Will Personhood prevent a doctor from saving the life of a mother? No! • Will Personhood result in prosecution for miscarriages? No!
There's a worrisome trend in America lately that seems bent on stripping basic rights from women. Mississippi Parenthood Act does affect birth control and abortion. It goes beyond research facilities, it influences women, women's rights, and furthers the trend of degrading those rights. It supports the idea that a fetus is more important than the woman carrying it. A woman should not have to consider her body legal property; her body is her own.
The Personhood Act and those behind it might play at innocence, but it does not take much digging to see beyond it. :(

Don't believe everything Planned Parenthood says.
