I am reminded how nice it is to know someone is actually reading what you put out there.  A gentleman at work stopped to tell me he had read my story, and said he found the premise fascinating.  He also wants a sequel.  I'm still not sure if I should - but came up with an idea for one, so I might work with it and see how it goes

Not that I've seen. There isn't even a specific way for readers to respond to stories on the website.
