AT&T Customer Service can SUCK IT

Trying to cancel the house phone service at the old house with AT&T.   Tried four days ago gave up after being on hold for 36 minutes and ran out of time.   Called yesterday on hold for 14 minutes when my cell dropped the call as i was driving

Call me a cynic...but I'm starting to think customer service has become an oxymoron.
