I know its unexpected of me to post this soon after another post, especially without some semi-interesting quiz ect to tag along with it, but you should read this and allow the flame wars to begin

there is some truth in that... although sorry I don't blame feminism entirely... it is each persons decision to make of themself what they will. Both sides are kinda screwed up. But then I never had much use for feminism as the older declaration. Woman aren't better then men, and we do have things that are different. I will never be able to arm wrestle as well as nearly any man. But that doesn't make me worth less as a person. Besides it's all about throwing people 3 times my size. ;)
of course miss-"herstory"-bumper-sticker is going to have something to say about this.
actually, i am at war with myself over it.
while i agree that men should not be pandering, spineless fools, that guy is an arse for thinking he can go out and have his little fun with the indifferent confidence that she'll come whimpering back to him like an emotional slave. while i don't think it's love without a little heartache, no woman should stand (or fall) for emotional abuse.
whatever happened to chivalry and courtly love? is that s-o-o-o "last millennium"? is post-modernism too good for that?
i have to admit, the most romantic thing ever done for me was, he kissed me on the hand.
I think this guy made a lot of good points and then I think he burried himself (the issue I'm referring to has already been brought up in the comments).
I don't want a weak man, I do want one who knows what he wants and will go after it. On the other hand I don't think many men want a weak-willed woman. So I think this guy's point is not so much based on feminism but on aspects that most people do not like in either sex.
I guess the truth is is that we all want a combination. We want the strong mate who can take charge and lead the way. And we want the sensitive mate who can understand and follow through when we need space. And the we is not just me or women in general. It is all people; men and women.
