That time of month again the checks just keep bouncing. Look guys, you know I’m sympathetic, but if you don’t pay your rent, I can’t pay the mortgage on the building. Now, while I’m sure we’d manage to survive if we all banded together in the streets all civil-like, that’s really not an option I want to explore

It's my job. And it's not like I haven't given them ample leeway.

There comes a point where that's no longer my problem. I need to look out for the people who are paying their bills. I can't just let people freeload off them. I've got to pay the bills too and that's dependent on those rent checks coming in.
