Zombies have eaten my brains.

*Zombies for Zombies* has a section on recipes. Some of them call for actual brains. While I surmise these to be fully meant tongue-in-cheek, I suppose one could actually prepare them, although you'd certainly want to make sure that any cow brains are prion-free. Otherwise, Mad Cow becomes Mad Person becomes "Zombieland!" Anyway, other recipes and food-related material in the book use what the living consider to be ordinary foodstuffs prepared in such a way that it looks like brains and/or other organs. Take aspic, for example. No, really...take it!
As an aside, recall those other people groups who really do eat things like monkey brains, live grubworms (GaQ is best when served live!) and various other stuff that we Westerners generally consider to be bait. Never think while you're eating!

It probably won't surprise you to know that I want Bear Grylls to have a cooking program. Because I watch Man v. Wild at least partly for the food*.

*also partly for the occasional nekkid Bear Grylls

Those bears really know how to eat! Berries (antioxidants and natural sugars), fish (good-quality protein and omega fatty acids), insects (juicy protein on the inside, fiber and calcium on the outside). And they get really good exercise, especially when bolting away from smelly backpackers like me!
