Alone Time

Being around people is hard in college at times. When I was in high school I could go to school during the day and then had that 45 minute drive by myself when I came home. I used that time to just listen to music and think. Then when I got home, I could retreat to my room after dinner and be alone

i know its hard to get away and be alone, but sometimes i drive away and find a park or some random place where i can be in my car by myself and just think....i dunno if this helps, but it works for me.
