A boy in year 9 died last saturday morning. The funeral was yesterday. I can't even imagine how his family would be coping right now. He was only 14. All I really knew about him was that he caught my bus home. Somethings just don't make sense.

I know. It was so sudden. He was in a car accident with his older borther. I'm not quite sure what happened but he was speeding and hit another car I think. This happened on the first week of school holidays. The boy that died, Jason was in the Intensive care unit and on life support but he didn't make it and died last saturday. What are you meant to say when things like these happen? There's not a lot really, you just have to let the people that he knew, know that you're there for them and be the best friend you can

it was but it makes you a stronger person and you appreciate life so much more. especially cos he was only 18 and it wasn't his fault. it gave me a reality check and made me realise that i'm not immortal. i could get hit by a bus tomorrow for all i know. so you take one day at a time and make the most of it!

but thanks for the hugs. i love hugs - they're possibly the best damn thing on this earth!

Oh definitely I agree, you become such a stronger person once you start to deal with the death of someone you love. Dream big and don't let anything stand in your way!

*laughs* i think people should give more hugs. i mean what is everyone's problem with touching people. if i could - and wouldn't be labelled a freak - go out and give everyone a big hug and one genuine smile. because there is nothing better than a hug and a truly genuine smile :)
