this was so nice. i found myself a little confused as ennis was in childress, not the other way around. i liked how ennis told jack that he loved him, but was confused again when ennis said he would come down to childress to live. i'm so not used to that. i always expect them to get a place in wyoming, or someplace between like colorado..... so you caught me by surprise. and since this ficlet was so different, i've an urge to see how things work out.....*hint, hint.*

True about how Ennis was in Texas though - I didn't really think all that much about the setting that much but it was Christmas so I guess their visits could be different.
I guess it shows I didn't really think about what I was writing though - just mushy gushy stuff! lol XD
