Ssthist and I have spent a grand total of six hours ten minutes on the phone to our cable provider today. We've spent this time trying to find out why our TV service was disconnected and trying to get it re-connected.
Finally FINALLY I talked to someone who was prepared to take the problem to a manager. Five days for re-connection. FFS!

They should send you tapes of any shows you wanted to watch, in compensation :P

I'm actually pleasantly surprised that our cable isnt out right now. Having a really nice ice/snow storm at the moment. *grins*
