I like where I live. But in this area, along with many "normal" people there also lives a strange race of people with whom I cannot relate to. At all. They are Mainliners. They are rich. Some chick came into the store today and helped herself to a coffee sample. I was bored, so I read her shirt, which had a large scalloped circle with a flower inside and the words "Ladies Sewing Circle" on top. Very folksy-looking. A couple of people already posted about Katie and Ryan's wedding, so all I'll say is that we all had a great time. I thought it was pretty cool that with the exception of Beth, none of the friends we saw were on the camping trip, so between these two events we saw a good number of our Houghton buddies. I went to the Philadelphia Flower Show today. This is the forth year in a row that I've been - I always enjoy it - there's a lot to see and it's an intense breath of Spring while Winter's still piddling about. Today I stuffed myself in a minivan with 5 middle-aged women from the arts center where I take ceramics and headed down to Baltimore for the American Craft Show. Not your everyday local talent show.
