Mer has some ideas and is sorry for not e-mailing you sooner. She also says she's willing to volunteer to help you out, volunteer-wise, other than panelizing.

And I'm happy to, but I don't have any good ideas right now, and obviously the liaising has priority.

I have a good idea what Karl Schroeder likes to talk about and a rough idea what Spider likes to talk about.

I see what I can come up with.

A Steam Punk panel with Toby, Cherie and Karl would be a good idea and I could be the moderator.

Scalzi and Toby and Karl can talk video games and I can moderate that too.
