People keep talking about how we all need to work hard or, worse, work harder.
I dunno.
It just occurred to me that working hard only brought us to the 18th century. Working smart(er) is what brought us to the 21st. My vote is for we should work smarter. ;-)

harder is for coal miners, factory workers, and ditch-diggers.
smarter is for modern industries.
one hour of thought is (sometimes) worth a week of hard work.
