Dracula

I'm in the middle of reading Dracula (51% to be exact). aphroditemf can take some credit for this, causing me to have an interest in vampires because of her book. Also my new appreciation for goth culture; it's perfect for me, I wish I had realized that years ago, my life would have been so much easier

Glad to have had a hand in revitalising your newfound gothic tendencies! I'm going through something of a goth renaissance myself.

It's been a while since I read Dracula and I certainly do NOT remember that quote!

That was actually pretty convenient; your book fit in very well with my new interest in what goes on or hypothetically goes on at night.

Candle-sperm?! Is that a metaphor, or an archaic definition? I'll have to break out my OED later.

It really seemed out of place in the book. I think he was trying to describe how the light from the candle illuminated the coffin, and just using a word differently than how anyone would use it today.
