They can be destructive, maddening and sweet. Yesterday I was sitting out back watching the birds, and these two parked themselves about 10 feet in front of me and were so sweet. They got a lot more amorous as the minutes went by, then must have had enough of my voyeurism and disappeared behind the tree.

but greedy little buggers
had to stop feeding the birds
it lay on the roof of the squirrel proof
bird feeder and reached down to scoop
up the bird seed.

they knew exactly who I was talking to
caught them on the way up
