White Lotus, huh? The story behind it is pretty nice. I like it.

You mean, like squads? We can have one group overseeing a location; and if members get short for any reason, nearby groups can help fill in. We can shuffle people on occasion to get to know each other.

Well, it's something we can work on anyways.

Anyways, people should be divided into groups that they're comfortable with. The reason why we work so well as a group is because we all know one another's strengths and weaknesses so well. We could of course expand Team Avatar to include a few other people if we need to. For people without that kind of great team dynamic, we can work on finding some squad leaders and trying to work out a group of people who are compatible with eachother.

Well, if Team Avatar is one team, the pirate gang should be another. They're always hanging around each other anyways. But the problems is they always get attacked so darn much.

Didn't the guide and some of the people on your post say that there was already some sort of guild or something that's claiming to help police the village? Maybe we should work on talking with them and seeing what kind of system they've worked out and try to work something out with them.

And that's why we're starting this up, I get that Toph. But don't you think that some of them might be as frustrated with what they didn't do as you are? Maybe they'll want a chance to prove themselves. Either way, they've been here longer than we have, maybe they know something about the way this place works that can help us.

Yeah, yeah, I know. I talked to a couple people from one of the groups. Says most of them have kids and it sounds like there's not a lot of members and some of them just wait for other 'heroes' to act. If we're seeing what kind of system they worked out, it's more like a plan of what not to do.
