Today at 11:55 EST, the governor of New York permitted gay marriage to take effect on July 24th. I know this a monumental day for them, but really, who didn't see this coming? New York has been a liberal stronghold since the civil war. And its great and all, but how does a state level law really effect me? For those of you who don't understand US
