This is rather old... so are the emotions it carries but still rather applicable and poignant. It is Jon stearts first address after the World Trade Center attack and it is quite remarkable. Well it appears all the funds have finally organized and tomorrow I will be ordering my Powerbook. Woohoo. This is gonna be a very hard week waiting for it! Stupid shipping. They need to teleport it to me. And then friday I am gonna order a gig of ram to throw in it. Man is it gonna kick ass.

There are differences. They have different constituencies. There are different groups of people around them. On international affairs I wouldn't expect any major policy changes.
