I had class this weekend. As usuall, I felt really good on Saturday after clearing and cleaning up my aura. 
On Sunday, I felt ok...as usual. LOL. It seems that I do the energy work Saturday and I'm hit with all the stuff that was brought up in cleaning, all the stuff that was uncovered but I wasn't conscious of yet. I still wasn't really conscious
