I don't think so - in fact, I love your icons because they're usually some of the brightest and clearest and most colorful icons out there. :-)

They've been exploring that angle this season and last, but without ever really going there (kiss and hallucinatory sex aside). In this ep, House is openly pursuing a relationship, but the reveal was she's dating someone else (Lucas, who was around for a few eps the beginning of last season).
