Wow, I didn't know there were places still high with water. That is terrible.

I have to disagree with her, however, that if Bush were a man of his word, "[he] would have rebuilt this city by now." She herself saw the extent of the damage. Even Pensacola isn't fully rebuilt, and Ivan was two years ago. New Orleans will take years. The manpower and supplies just aren't enough to make it happen any faster.

I'm not saying Bush is a man of his word, however. Please don't misunderstand. :P
