Last I heard, it was Johnny Depp as Crowley, Robin Williams as Azi, but the movie's been shelved. RW is NOT *my* Azi by any stretch of the imagination.

I don't see why PTerry and Gaiman don't just produce it themselves, they've got more'n enough money between them... If they put up some of it, shouldn't be too difficult to find another partner or something. BAH.

Have you seen the movie script? It's on LJ. It's very different from the book, but Azi and Crowley are very much the same in temperment and such.
