Hello again all! I know you've all been dying to know what I've been up to for these last few weeks when you only get a vague picture post from me - yeah right. Anyway, the vacation was great - the Central Park Zoo, Six Flags (Jess, have you found Digit yet?? I didn't find him in the truck!?), and a family thing (not a hoe-down!) which wasn't as bad as I expected. Then we were off to Massachusettes to spend some time with the ever-wonderful Ms. Amy. I had a lot of fun and relaxing time there - we went to a pond for swimming and I haven't been to something like that in a while so that was a good time. We also went shopping on the last day we where there and at first Amy would not let me hold the things she was planning on trying on and her bags even after I insisted (because I am a great shopping assistant), but she eventually gave in, so I was happy.

The day after Oxcy and I got back was Labor Day, and we set out course for 3 malls for the purpose of going to the Torrid stores for the clearance items in all 3. (Amy, next time you come back to these parts, we will take you on the Torrid Tour.) We made out not too bad; O got a dress, skirt, 2 pairs of shoes, some accessories and I forget what else, and we didn't get too lost. I made one mistake that landed us on a side road by a by-the-hour motel where there was also something bad happening because there were cops all over the place. Like an ass, I didn't know what the hotel was and I was about to get out of the car and go ask someone in the motel (because I freak out when I get lost and I am often too willing to ask someone for help). But instead of getting out, we went back on the road a little and immediately saw ssigns for where we wanted to get back to, and there was another police officer there so I asked him just to verify that we were going the right way.

Oh wait, that last little tale was not on our trips between the malls, but on the way home from Mass. Woops. Anyway, on the way back from the last mall in Staten Island we weren't sure if we were on the right track home but that worked out way better than the previous night did because there was a diner with a really sweet woman who told me that we were going the right way (I thought we had gone too far) and I wanted to give her a hug because I just wanted to be home and I was so happy and I didn't want to repeat what had happened the previous night. However, once back on the road, full of excitement, I ran a red light and I should be expecting a ticket in the mail because I just so happened to run the one with the new photo equipment on it that takes a picture of your liscence plate. I've gotten over it, I was just happy to be on the right way home.

So now I'm back at school trying to deal with room changes which make you walk all over campus, but that's ok. And I'll stop now because I've babbled enough for now. Congrats if you made it this far, haha!
