I have an appointment booked in with the nutritionist (henceforth CM) for Monday at 5pm. This is a very good thing, since I got on the scales this week and discovered that despite cutting out most of the nice stuff from my diet for the last 5 weeks, and exercising like a dervish I have lost... 0.2lbs

IME, it's perfectly possible to eat a whole heap of not very much (500-800 calories a day), and exercise a whole heap of a lot (up to three hard sessions a day) and still lose weight. The trick is in *what* I eat, I think, and that's where hopefully CM will be able to make the difference.
