I lived a block from this for 18 years of my life. Is it any wonder I am so many little ailments! They have only been discussing what to do with it since I was 12. Obviously they have no idea what to do with it, so let's just cover it up. Yeah, that is really smart

cover it up is the classic treatment. in a hundred years, if it's not covered by melted arctic shelf, it'll boil up like Love Canal and be somebody elses problem.
