I'm loving Mechanical Engineering so far. It's great. Basically every class I take is crazy-interesting. There's just one small problem. Basically every class I take is crazy-difficult. I certainly couldn't imagine switching majors though. Just about nothing seems like it would fit with what interests me. Also, when I think about possible jobs in ( Read more... )

I thought it was hard until I saw 'assume that turbine expansions are isentropic'. WHAT IS THIS 3RD GRADE?

I actually find isentropic problems to be fairly annoying because they require lots of interpolation between points from multiple data tables. But hey, it sure is nice to say the entropy doesn't change!
