No idea what my final list will look like. It's only now that everyone is putting out their "Best of 2009" that I'm noticing a lot of albums I've missed. Many reviews and releases seemed to have passed me by, so I'm desperately trying to catch up now.

Thursday will be pretty near my top of the list though (if not my no.1 too). On more recent relistening I think I'd bump Manchester Orchestra higher up my rankings. The rest I really don't know about as I've got this new stack of stuff to listen to ^^

Yeah, sounds about right - and I've found exactly the same thing as you, that come year-end there are lots of things I missed that I want to catch up on. Will check out your Menzingers recommendation too, though if they do turn out to be a ska band you will be in so much trouble...
