You should, but what are you going to do with the changing pad?!
Well it depends, do you want/need more skincare, haircare!?
If it's makeup then do you wanna break down to the eyes. Go play w/ Urban Decay. LOVE LOVE their new color eyeliners. Very rich and stay all day. Bourjois is another company that will take 50 bucks a long way. Cheap but good. Cargo too is fun. Let me know what you get!
