just come in one day this week (i work monday-thursday, 5-930) and tell me what you want/give me the money and when i get my shit either friday or saturday i can get them for you. (i have to act like they're for me because we aren't supposed to use the discount for anyone else)

Yeah, that's how it is at Urban Outfitters. Except I get to put some family members under my discount and only ONE friend. So I generally have someone tell me what they want and they give me the money and I'll get it for them. Such a hassle.
