After a long journey towards finding a coherent style for my bedroom, I realised that perhaps I will never be able to fully recreate the 'pirate/nautical' theme...maybe because of my beige walls and romantic pink curtains as well as numerous girly knick-knacks. yesss,
i was beginning to think along the lines of gold, roccoco style- saw some photoframes recently, however, as yet they aren't quite right.
However, I found a lovely PERFECT (colour wise) dusty pinks and subtle greens bouquet (plastic but extremely life-like,worth every cent!

some good suggestions there- i haven't thought of mirrors. Perhaps I should re-watch the movie for inspiration...

how big is your room? if its medium or small i would use Marie Antoinette as more as a motif because big ornate styles tend to only work in big rooms/houses, other wise you can get a big claustrophobic! Good luck with it! And your user name is cute :)
