I was bored at work yesterday (big surprise) so I started to make a new guest list for the wedding. Once I got through family, I started listing friends that we would want to be there. but honestly....this is my opinion. This is your's and Chris' day to celebrate. You are both adults, both happy, in love, mature, etc etc. If you are inviting people out of guilt, then you're WASTING hard earned money to fill their bellies with food and drink, and sharing such a special day with them...if you don't think they are worthy of celebrating that day, or you don't think they will appreciate the invite and chance to be there to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in your life...then scratch them off the list. No use in inviting people out of guilt, or worry, or fear that they might be offended otherwise. You shouldn't have a stressful wedding day...and it sounds like with some of the ppl you're debating about, you would be worried that you will regret inviting them.
