well, i'm still radioactive. doctors said that radiation might cause some inflammation of my esophagus and make swallowing foods/drinks a little difficult cuz i'll constantly feel sore, but i've had absolutely no problems with soreness

I've said it before, and I will say it again: I find it both amazing and inspiring that you can be so nonchalant about something that would unnerve most people and cause their lives to go astray. Kudos to you, Randy! I'm glad your hair is growing back.

And how does Asian hair exactly differ from most other types of hair??

thanks for the kudos! i guess i quickly realized that there's no point in being negative about anything really. its so much more beneficial to focus on the positive.

as for the Asian hair, my main points of reference come from 2 friends/roommates i had whose hair seemed to grow in kinda spikey-looking whenever they'd get it cut. caucasian hair doesn't "spike" much, but is straigut. overall, my hair's growing in pretty straight so far (and VERY soft/fuzzy). but considering all the compliments i get whenever i go bald, i could care less if my scalp never grew hair again... then again i'd lose the ability to sport a fro or cornrows:P

Hair is overrated. Plus, you get to sport all those snazzy beanie hats.
