Could you please let me pet him? Please? At first I was imagining the 'bug eyes' on the side of his face to be air bags like what toads have when they are croaking, and the little nostril holes to be his otherwise featureless eyes. This initial thought made him look much cuter and less skeery than I guess he looks now.
